1.2 Payment in cash upon receipt of goods

We support COD (Cash on Delivery) payment method for the local small individual order within 5km from the location of our sales office.

1.3 Collect cash at another location, someone else receives the goods for you

In case you are not the recipient of the goods to pay cash upon receipt, you cannot transfer money or go to the company office to pay. We support delivery and collection at a different location than the order. , someone else called you to confirm. However, this payment method will have an additional service fee (depending on the region).

The card payment system is provided by payment intermediary partners (“Payment Intermediary Partners”) that have been legally licensed to operate in Vietnam. Accordingly, the card payment security standards ensure compliance with industry security standards.

The policy for payment transactions by international and domestic cards (internet banking) ensures compliance with the security standards of Payment Intermediary Partners including:

  • Customer’s financial information will be protected during the transaction process using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
  • Payment Information Security Standard (PCI DSS) certification provided by Trustwave.
  • International card number encryption feature (Tokenization).
  • Principles and regulations on information security in the banking and finance industry according to regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam.

TEDhome.vn does not directly store customer card information. The security of customer payment card information is performed by a licensed Payment Intermediary Partner.

For international and domestic cards: Customer payment card information that can be used to establish transactions is not stored on tedhome.vn’s system but will be stored and secured by the Payment Intermediary Partner.
