TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions are the agreement between the parties, including:

is the owner of the website https://tedhome.vn, hereinafter referred to as TED.
‐ The CUSTOMER orders the products posted on TED’s TEDhome website. The CUSTOMER orders the products posted on TED’s TEDhome website, which means the CUSTOMER unconditionally accepts the terms contained in the Terms of Purchase.
All information on the website including articles, images, and process designs (collections) are copyrighted by TED. Copying and sharing for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
Individuals or organizations that place online orders through the website owned by TED: https://tedhome.vn, e-commerce website, or place orders by phone are hereinafter referred to as “Customers”.
After purchasing, the Customer will be called “Customer”. The Customer will be understood to accept the rights and obligations of the Customer.
Any request to order on the website https://tedhome.vn or via support tools (phone, Facebook, Zalo, Twitter, Instagram, …) is understood as the Customer’s understanding and acceptance of the terms specified in “Terms of Purchase”. Understanding and acceptance of these terms does not require the Customer’s handwritten signature.
The Customer may access the “Terms of Purchase” content at any time on the website. The terms contained in these “Terms of Purchase” shall prevail in the event of any conflict between the content or text.
Customer information when registering will be contacted by our staff to ensure all Customer information is correct. This information will be used as necessary factors to make the purchase.
We reserve the right to change the content of the “Terms of Purchase” at any time. The applicable terms will be those stated at the time of purchase. The purchaser should print and keep these regulations.
The Terms of Purchase are set forth below:
TERM 1 – PURPOSE OF APPLICATION
1.1. The contents of the “Terms of Purchase” are exclusively applied to our sales on the website https://tedhome.vn or by phone, Facebook, Zalo, Twitter, Instagram… Customers who place orders mean that the Customer unconditionally accepts the terms contained in the “Terms of Purchase”. The information that Customers use to register on our website will be the elements used in the Customer’s commitment to us.
1.2. On the contrary, all requests of the Customer that are not accepted by our company are invalid. Our company has the right to change the content of the terms at any time. We recommend that the Customer regularly refer to the website to update the content of the purchase terms.
TERM 2 – WEBSITE ACCESS
2.1. Items with prices other than 0 VND (zero VND) listed on the website are all items that Customers can buy. For items that do not have a listed price, customers can contact us to place an order.
2.2. In order to place an order, the Customer must complete the procedure of providing personal contact information. In particular, the Customer must fill in some required information to be able to place an order. The Customer must enter accurate, specific and complete information. In case the Customer provides false, inaccurate and incomplete information, our Company has the right to refuse and cancel the order. The Customer is fully responsible for all financial consequences that may occur during the use of the website with his/her registered account.
2.3. We recommend that Customers pay attention to the following:
Customers are only allowed to use and/or download information on our website for personal, non-commercial purposes and for a limited period of time.
Customers are not allowed to copy or use the content on our website on other websites. Customers
are not allowed to use, reuse, change, move, quote, replace, distribute … directly or indirectly, in any form, in whole or in part (images, content …) on our website as well as the name, logo, symbol of the website and the company.
Customers please notify us of any of the above violations, so that we can handle them to serve Customers better and better. We have registered copyrights on the collections we design and we will take necessary legal actions to protect our designs from any infringement.
TERM 3 – ORDERING
3.1. Currently, we only accept orders for delivery in Vietnam and some countries around the world.
3.2. Customers must complete the payment requirements to be able to place an order. After the Customer makes a purchase, we shall call or contact via emails to confirm the time and method of purchase. All the information are recorded and will only be used when there is a complaint.
3.3. The information that the Customer uses to register with us will be used later in the delivery process. We reserve the right to suspend, cancel or refuse all orders from a Customer in case of problems related to the information provided and payment of previous orders.
TERM 4 – CONDITION OF GOODS
Samples and prices are available as they appear on our website, subject to be available in stock. In the event that we do not have sufficient raw materials to make the product selected, we shall discuss with the Customer an alternative solution, and only after the Customer’s consent, the order will be in valid.
TERM 5 – SELLING PRICE
5.1. All product prices are excluding VAT (VAT % varies depending on our country policy). Customers can transfer money to us in VND, USD, EUR and other currencies that can be informed in advance. For details, please contact email address: sales@ted.com.vn or hotline: 097 566 1231.
5.2. We accept to delivery to provinces and cities nationwide, also to other countries, please contact us to be confirmed.
5.3. We reserve the right to change the price of goods at any time, but always at the most reasonable price with the best quality to improve competitiveness and ensure the interests of Customers.
TERM 6 – DELIVERY AND TRANSPORTATION
6.1. General Conditions
The goods will be delivered to the address stated by the Customer in the order. The Customer is responsible for providing all necessary information for the delivery process to proceed smoothly such as: Recipient’s name, exact address, house number, province, street name, district name, ward, commune, contact phone number… We are not responsible for cases of incorrect delivery due to the Customer’s fault.
For local deliveries, the recipient does not agree to receive the goods that have been correctly delivered, the customer must still pay 100% of the goods and shipping costs. 100% of the order value must be prepaid for individual orders. The payment terms will be 70% as the first payment after signing the sales contract and 30% as the balance before dispatching for large orders.
6.2. Delivery Time
After receiving the prepayment from the Customer, we will deliver at the time requested by the Customer. In case the delivery time is not suitable, we will discuss in advance. The order will only be executed with the consent of both parties. In any case that makes the delivery time be earlier or later than the expectation, we will notify the orderer and the recipient by phone or emails.
6.3. Delivery issues
Delivery will be made by our logistic partners or appointed by the Customer. Goods during transportation shall be subject to
international commercial terms stipulated in the contract signed between the two parties.
6.4. Order Tracking
Customers can track the delivery status in the order tracking section on the website or call our hotline. Our staff will be responsible for informing customers about the order status.
TERM 7 – PAYMENT
7.1. Customers can pay by bank transfer, by bank card as VISA, MASTERCARD or via PAYPAL or other methods.

TERM 8 – CUSTOMER CARE
8.1. If customers have any question or concern regarding our products, our Customer Care staff are always available to answer.

TERM 9 – CANCELLATION OF ORDER – CHANGE OF ORDER
9.1. Cancellation of order
For the local orders, we often deliver the goods from 7am to 5pm. Any cancellation must be made within four hours before 7am.
For the international orders, we shall not accept any cancellation after prepayment .
9.2. Changing order
Any requirement to change the designs that makes the new product be a lower value than the ordered product, the Company will not refund the difference. In case the new product has a higher value than the ordered product, the Customer must pay the difference, plus the desgining fee.
TERM 10 – CANCELLATION OF ORDER – CHANGE OF ORDER
10.1. Cancellation of order
For Hanoi, cancellations must be made before 10am (from 7am to 5pm).
Orders in other provinces and cities must be canceled before 12pm (from 7am to 7pm).
Orders canceled after this time must still be paid 100% to the Company.
10.2. Change order
Product changes 04 hours before the expected delivery time (or when the product has not been designed): Accepted and free of charge.
Product changes are not accepted immediately before the delivery time or when the product has been designed.
In case the new product has a lower value than the ordered product, the Company will not refund the difference. In case the new product has a higher value than the ordered product, the Customer must pay the difference, plus the change fee. Express delivery will be carried out after the payment is completed.
